We offer 30 days return period for most items on our website from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 5 days of delivery. You must include original tags if still attached.
To initiate a return, please go to our Returns Page to submit a return request. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. We require your order number, product details and reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will email you instructions on how and where to return your product based on your location. Please return the item in a securely packed parcel along with your proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless due to an error on our part.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment used for purchase. Your refund will include the price you paid for the item. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to be processed and 2-4 weeks to appear in your account depending on your form of payment and processing times from issuing banks.
We cannot offer refunds for items that are:
• Past 30 days from delivery date - Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after 30 days from delivery.
• Damaged or not in resalable condition - We only offer refunds for items that are returned unused and in the original resalable condition.
